The duties and responsibilities include:

• Preparing meats and other ingredients for barbecuing
• Preparing signature BBQ sauces and rubs
• Operating and maintaining BBQ pits and other cooking equipment
• Implementing and monitoring slow-cooking methods for optimal flavor and tenderness
• Ensuring food safety standards are adhered to at all times
• Inspecting the quality of ingredients and meats before preparation
• Creating and updating BBQ recipes to enhance menu offerings
• Providing training and guidance to other kitchen staff
• Conducting routine maintenance and cleaning of BBQ equipment
