What You’ll Be Responsible For:

• Leading, training, and developing Team Members, Carhops, Skating Carhops, and managers
• Overseeing daily operations to ensure company standards are met
• Enforcing policies and maintaining compliance with company procedures
• Creating work schedules and managing staffing levels
• Monitoring inventory and placing product orders
• Hiring and training team members and members of the management team
• Handling guest concerns quickly and professionally
• Driving local marketing efforts and growing sales
